Grown at 2,100 meters in the fertile hills of Durame Village, this coffee is carefully cultivated by local farmers who employ a 36–48 hour fermentation process, followed by 16–17 days of sun-drying on raised beds. This meticulous natural processing brings out vibrant, layered flavors.
